To that end, Pearl's Women's Elite Road III Shoes feature lightweight uppers that conform to your feet and ventilated, supportive carbon soles with an Elite 1:1 Power Plate for complete power transfer. These sweet shoes also boasts Elite 1:1 Heel Cups that prevent heel lift and Velcro straps with a 1:1 Anatomic Buckle Closure to fine-tune the fit.

In order to mount your pedals' cleats to your shoes, they must have matching bolt patterns. There are three configurations (diagram) used on cycling shoes, SPD-R, Look/SPD-SL and SPD. Road shoes feature one, two or even all three of these. Mountain-bike shoes usually use the SPD pattern. If you're unsure what bolt pattern your shoes use, please contact us. We're here to help!

The shoes fit my slightly narrow feet great. They are very comfortable to ride in, no pressure points etc. My only issue is that I wish they had better ventilation for hot summer rides. My feet do get pretty warm in them.
